Accessing User IDs

To add and edit user IDs:

1. Select MAINTENANCE | EDIT USERIDS.

Micronet displays the Select User ID screen.

2. Select an existing user.

If you have more than one screen of users, you can use a partial key search. For more information, refer to "Using Partial Key Searches".

3. Optionally, select to sort the list of users using the options under the SORT menu.

You can sort users by ID or name.

4. Alternatively, escape the Select User ID screen and enter the ID of an existing user.

Micronet displays the User File Update screen in Update Mode, with the details of the user you selected.
